• Age above 21 year old and below 65 year old
• You must be a Foreigner with a valid Singapore Employment Pass Or S-Pass.

1. Latest 3 Months Payslip
2. Letter of Appointment from your Company
3. Tenancy Agreement, PUB Bill or Handphone Bill
4. Your Singapore Employment Pass or S-Pass and Valid Passport.
5. Bank Statement (where salary is being paid)
